Black summer truffle pate offers our palates the genuineness of a fresh product. It contains, precisely 98% of super pure truffles gathered at the peak of their maturation, that is in August. It's ready to use, and with its true taste of truffles it can be used in any dish that calls for fresh truffles. We suggest adding the cream to extra virgin olive oil that has been heated with garlic; add the pasta that has been cooked al dente, a bit of butter and mix it all with the truffle sauce.
Ingredients: Black Summer Truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vitt) 98%, peanut oil, salt, pepper, flavouring. Sterilized product. Does not require refrigeration until opened. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 14 days. |
