Tenuta di Fassia has always been particularly tied to traditional methods of preparing flour from cereal crops. Polenta is a dish that is tied to the memory of our traditions and is prepared from carefully selected ingredients. It is easily prepared and the results are truly excellent.
Ingredients: quick cooking corn meal 95%, porcini mushrooms(boletus edulis), summer truffles (tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1%, parsley, chives, garlic, flavouring. Readytouse product, can be prepared in 10 minutes.
